摘要
为了研究影响放顶煤回收效果的主要因素,分别从地质赋存条件以及开采技术条件这两个方面进行了分析。对地质赋存方面影响因素的分析表明:开采深度越大、裂隙发育越明显,煤体越容易破碎;煤层强度越大,开采难度越大。夹石层位置以及顶板岩层对煤体破碎也有一定影响。对机采高度这一因素的分析表明:随着机采高度的增加,应力增高区域会变大,会加强顶煤的破碎作用。从采放比、放煤步距、放煤口的位置和大小等方面进行了分析,为确定合理的放煤工艺参数提供一定的依据。
In order to study the main factors that influencing the caving recovery effect, geological occurrence conditions and mining technical conditions were analyzed separately. The analysis showed that the greater the mining depth and fracture, the more easily broken the coal, the greater the strength of coal seam, the more difficult the mining. middle band and roof strata exerts some influence for mine broken. based on the analysis of roof strata, with the increase of machine mining height, increased stress area would get big, strengthen the top- coal crushing effect. Caving ratio, caving step, caving position and size were analyzed, which provided some reference for reasonable parameters of caving technology.
