应变法监测采场底板破坏深度的应用 被引量:1

摘要 矿井工作面距突水地点较近给正常生产带来安全隐患,在开采前需获得采场底板破坏深度资料。针对这一问题,采用应变法对煤层底板的破坏深度进行监测,将监测工程布置在开采及地质条件相似的工作面巷道中,新掘倾向于工作面的钻孔,在钻孔中安装应变传感器,根据岩石的极限应变量判别采场底板的破坏深度情况,利用观测结果分析得出采场底板最大破坏深度,评价出10112工作面不存在突水危险。实践表明,评价结论正确,为开采前工作面底板突水评价提供了数据分析依据,也为矿井制定防治水措施提供了重要的技术支撑和参数依据。 The close distance between working face and water burst position brings hidden danger to normal production,floor damage depth information in mining area is needed before mining. Based on this problem, strain method was adopted to monitor floor damage depth information, the monitor project was located in working face roadway with similar geological condition, the new mining inclines to the drilling hole of the working face, strain sensor was set in drilling hole, floor damage depth was settled based on limit strain variables, the largest damage depth of mining floor was set by analyzing observation result, it was concluded that 10112 working face was without water burst danger. The practice showed that the evaluation was right, provided data analysis basis for working face floor water burst evaluation before mining and important basis and technical support and parameters for measures of water prevention and control.
