摘要
液压支架是综采工艺中主要的设备之一,其性能好坏直接关系到煤炭生产效率与安全。找出液压支架常见故障的原因,提出解决和预防的措施,对提高煤炭产量、确保安全生产有着重要意义。文章介绍了液压支架的主要结构,分析了液压支架中存在的支架失稳、主要结构件损坏、支架钻底以及自动降架和死架等常见故障发生的原因,提出了针对性的解决办法。并从加强日常检修管理、中修管理、大修管理3个方面提出了支架故障的预防措施。
Hydraulic support is one of the main equipment in fully mechanized process, its performance is directly related to the coal production efficiency and security. Finding hydraulic support common faults, taking measures to solve and prevent, means a lot to improve coal production and safe production. The main structure of hydraulic support was introduced, the reason of stents instability, the main structure damage, the bottom of the drill and the frame and a common failures such as die frame down automatically were analyzed, the corresponding measures were put forward. The prevention measures of support fault was put forward from the daily maintenance management, repair, overhaul management.
