摘要
采用熔融共混法制作无卤阻燃剂与蒙脱土复合膨胀型阻燃剂,以垂直燃烧实验及热重分析法测试其对聚丙烯的阻燃性能的影响,得到蒙脱土用量在3%以下时效果最佳的结论。分析复配体系的阻燃机理为IFR在样品燃烧时分解出磷酸,催化聚丙烯降解产物在样品表面形成多孔泡沫炭层。探讨了蒙脱土/聚丙烯纳米复合材料的应用情况。
The melt blending method was used to prepare the composite expansion flame retardant with halogen free flame retardant and montmorillonite.Vertical burning test and TG analysis was used to test the influence of it on the flame retardant property of polypropylene.The conclusion was that 3% montmorillonite leads to the best flame retardant property.The flame retardant mechanism was concluded to be that the IFR released phosphoric acid during the combustion,and the phosphoric catalyzed the polypropylene to degradation,to form a porous carbon layer on the surface of sample.The future application of montmorillonite/polypropylene nano composite was discussed.
