摘要
目的调查综合性医院护士的骨质疏松症认知现状,为进一步提高其健康教育水平提供依据。方法采用整群分层抽样法,选取杭州市某综合性医院176名护士作为研究对象,采用自行设计的护士骨质疏松症认知水平问卷进行调查。结果护士骨质疏松症认知问卷得分为(31.3±6.86)分。其中骨质疏松症的诊断标准答对率为94.9%,成人每日钙摄入量答对率9.7%,48.9%的护士没有认识到适量负重运动对预防骨质疏松症的重要性。老年患者为主的科室与其他科室护士的认知得分相比,差异有统计学意义(t=2.394,P=0.018)。结论护士对骨质疏松症的认知水平一般,医院应组织相关培训不断提高护士的健康教育水平。
Objective To investigate cognition situation of nurses from general hospitals on osteoporosis to provide evidence for improving their health education level.Method Choose 176 nurses from a general hospital of Hangzhou by stratified cluster sampling.Investigate them by self-designed questionnaire on cognition level of osteoporosis.Result Score of cognition level questionnaire is（31.3±6.86）.Correct rate is 94.9% on diagnostic criteria of osteoporosis.Correct rate on daily calcium intake for adult is 9.7%.48.9% of nurses don＇t realize the importance of proper load exercise on osteoporosis prevention.There is significant difference on cognition score between nurses from departments whether there are mostly elderly patients（t=2.394,P=0.018）.Conclusion Cognition level of nurses is medium,which needs to be improved by related training.
