摘要
目的探讨护患沟通对急诊科护理满意度及风险事件的影响。方法将本院急诊科100例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加强护患沟通,评价2组患者治疗过程中的沟通效果、遵医行为、疼痛、负性心理、护理满意度以及风险事件的发生率情况。结果观察组患者的沟通效果、配合度优于对照组,疼痛程度轻于对照组,焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组风险事件发生率低于对照组,在心理护理、服务态度、护理过程等方面的护理满意高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论良好的护患沟通能够有效规避护理风险,提高患者遵医行为和护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of nurse- patient communication on nursing satisfaction and risk events in emergency. Methods A total of 100 patients in emergency depart- ment were divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group strengthened nurse- patient communication based on the control group. The communication effect, compliance to doctors, pain, negative psychology, nursing satisfaction and the incidence of risk events of two groups were evaluated. Results The communication effect and compliance behavior in the observation group was better than that in the control group, pain was milder than that in the control group, the anxiety and depression scores were lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Risk event rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, nursing satisfaction in mental nursing, service attitude, nursing process and other aspects was higher than that in the control group , which showed statistically significant differences ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Good nursepatient communication can effectively avoid nursing risks and improve the compliance behavior of patients and nursing satisfaction.
