摘要
针对大规模并网风电的随机性、波动性会给电力系统调峰带来很大影响,从风电功率对负荷特性和系统调峰需求影响两方面入手,分析风电并网对电力系统调峰能力的影响,比对各种电源的调峰能力,综合考虑线损率、联络线调节能力等因素,提出计及风功率预测的系统调峰容量计算模型。以某一典型区域电网为例进行了含风电电力系统调峰能力的分析,以期为大规模风电规划决策与运行提供参考。
In allusion to the problem of randomness and volatility of large-scale wind power integration may cause great im-pact on the power system,this paper analyzes affect of wind power integration on peak load regulation capacity of the power system in aspects of influence on load characteristic and peak load regulation demand by wind power. It compares peak load regulation capacities of various power sources,comprehensively considers factors such as line loss rate and regulation capacity of connecting line and proposes calculation model for peak load regulation capacity of the system considering wind power prediction. Taking some typical regional power grid for example,the paper analyzes peak load regulation capacity of the power system with wind power in order to provide reference for planning decision-making on large-scale wind power and its operation.
