摘要 针对调度自动化系统一直存在的误遥控风险问题,研发了一种降低远动误遥控风险的创新技术,即在远动规约中创建一组新的应用服务数据单元(application service data unit,ASDU)遥控类型,并在遥控报文中增加设备编码项,使遥控命令的判别由单一因子变成双因子,有效防止了由于遥控点错误引起的误遥控发生。介绍了新的ASDU类型结构和创新技术的防误遥控机制。 Aiming at problem of potential mistake remote control risk in dispatching automation system,a kind of innovated technology for reducing mistake remote control risk was developed which was to set up a group of new application service da-ta unit(ASDU)telecontrol type in telecontrol protocol and add equipment coding item in telecontrol message so as to trans-form single distinguish factor into double one for the telecontrol order and effectively prevent mistake remote control caused by wrong telecontrol point. New ASDU type structure and mechanism for mistake-proof of remote control of the innovated technology was introduced.
