摘要 目的:探讨640 nm红光频闪治疗仪联合调节集合训练控制眼轴长度治疗近视的疗效。方法将我科室自2006年1月~2008年1月就诊的260例(508眼)屈光不正性近视患者分成试验组与对照组,观察640 nm红光频闪联合调节集合训练对控制眼轴长度治疗近视的效果。结果通过运用红光频闪治疗仪联合调节集合训练,达到控制眼轴从而控制近视的发展和治疗近视的目的。结论640nm红光频闪治疗仪联合调节集合训练控制眼轴长度治疗近视是有效的,且操作简单,使用方便,无创伤,疗效显著,值得临床广泛推广应用。 Objective Discussion on the effect of 640nm red stroboscopic therapy combined with regulation set training control eye axis length on the treatment of myopia.Methods From 2006 January to 2008 January,260 patients with refractive myopia in our depart-ment were divided into experiment group and control group,the effect of 640nm red strobe integrated regulation set training control eye axis length on the treatment of myopic was observed.Results Through the use of red light flicker therapy combined with regulation set training, the purpose of controling eye axis so as to control the development and treatment of myopia was achieved.Conclusion Rregulation set train-ing control of axis length of eye combined with 640nm redstroboscopic therapeutic instrument is effective to myopia treated.Besides,it has the advantages of simple operation,convenient use,no trauma,significant effect.So,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
