摘要
目的研究产后抑郁症与妊娠期糖尿病的关系。方法选择我院2005年2月至2014年1月470例糖尿病的产妇为研究对象。结果产后抑郁症与妊娠期糖尿病患者的心理指导、血糖的控制水平、胎儿的孕期发育情况等有关。结论产后抑郁症患者的抑郁症状与妊娠期糖尿病有明显相关性。
Objective In this study we amied to study the relationship between postpartum depression and gestational diabetes meUitus. Methods 470 maternal diabetes were selected from February 2005 to January 2014 in our hospital. Result Postpartum depression correlates with psychological guidance, the control of blood sugar level, the growth of fetus and so on. Conclusion There was significant correlation between the patients with postpartum depression and depressive symptoms in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.
