摘要
以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)单体浓度为65%、硫酸铵(APS)与DMDAAC质量比为0.35%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠与DMDAAC质量比为0.0035%三阶段升温制备聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDMDAAC)。第一阶段反应2 h,第二阶段和第三阶均反应3 h,并将温度依次设定为46.0、55.5、67.0℃,得到的PDMDAAC特性粘度可达2.78 d L/g。并用其进行混凝实验,在投加量为3 mg/L、pH=7、混凝温度50℃、静置10 min的条件下,PDMDAAC的透过率最佳,其与原水样比值可达到9.5∶1.0,呈现良好的絮凝效果。
Polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride (PDMDAAC) was prepared by a 3-stage method. This 3-stage method included a first-stage reaction of 2 h at 46.0℃, a second stage reaction of 3 h at 55.5℃, and a third stage reaction of 3 h at 67.0℃. The weight ratio of chemicals in the reaction was as follows: rn(APS):m(DMDAAC)=0.35%; m(Na2EDTA):m(DMDAAC)=0.0035%. The intrinsic viscosity of the obtained typical product (PDMDAAC) could reach 2.78 DL/g. The flocculationa] performance testing results of PDMDAAC showed a good floceulational performance with a best permeability rate, and the ratio of the permeability rate was obtained in the presence/ absence of PDMDAAC was 9.5:1.0 at a loading of 3 mg/L, a pH of 7, and a temperature of 50℃, standing time of 10 min.
