摘要
针对钒钛磁铁精矿烧结固体燃耗高的问题,进行了理论分析,通过改进燃料粒度、合理控制w(FeO)、推行厚料层烧结、调整燃料二次分加比例等及优化工艺参数,固体燃耗由46.98kg/t降低到39.97kg/t,节能率达到8.93%。
Aiming at the problem of high sintering solid fuel consumption of vanadic titanomagnetite,the theoretical analysis was conducted. By improving the fuel graininess,controlling reasonable w(FeO),implementing deep-bed sintering,adjusting the ratio of fuel secondary addition and optimizing process parameters,the solid fuel consumption was decreased from 46.98kg/t to 39.97kg/t,the energy saving ratio came up to 8.93 %.
