摘要
采用宏观形貌检查、金相检验、化学成分分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段分析了矿浆自蒸发器(闪蒸槽)的泄漏原因。结果表明,应力腐蚀破裂(碱脆)是其开裂泄漏的根本原因。合理选材、控制作业温度、降低碱液浓度、提高焊接质量、消除管道内应力是避免碱脆发生的有效手段。
By means of macroscopic inspection,chemical analysis,metallographic examination,scanning electron microscopy and EDS analysis,the leakage cause of a slurry self evaporator(flash drum)was analyzed.The results indicated that stress corrosion cracking(alkali embrittlement)was the main leakage reason,and it could be prevented by suitable selection of materials,working temperature control,alkali concentration decrease,improvement of welding quality and reduction of inner-stress of pipeline.
