重油加氢装置高压球阀的设计

摘要 重油加氢装置具有高温、高压、临氢、含硫化氢的特点,苛刻的工况对重油加氢装置阀门的设计提出了更高的要求。本文以控制热高分油的高压球阀为例,从设计标准,材料选择,结构设计和计算校核四个方面阐述重油加氢装置高压球阀的设计方法。 The features of heavy oil hydrogenation equipment are high temperature, high pressure, hydrogen present and hydrogen sulfide containing. The harsh working condition puts forward higher requirements for the design of oil hydrogenation equipment. This article provide a high pressure ball valve controlling hot hi-pressure segregator oil for example, the design method of heavy oil hydrogenation unit valve has been studied in four respects, design standard, material selection, structural design and checking calculation.
