摘要
针对不同的模孔形状、尺寸及分布,运用挤压模拟有限元软件Hyper Xtrude对所设计的模具进行仿真模拟,分析了模孔长度、周长、壁厚、距挤压中心的距离以及工作带长度等结构参数对金属流速的影响,获得了各参数的影响因子,建立了金属流速和工作带长度的数学模型。根据所建立的工作带长度数学模型,设计了某型材挤压平模工作带尺寸,通过实际挤压试验验证,挤出型材尺寸合格,所建立的工作带数学模型对铝型材挤压模具的设计有指导意义。
Extrusion dies with different hole shape, size and distribution were designed and extrusion process was simulated by finite element software Hyper Xtrude in this paper. The effect of structural parameters such as work-belt length, perimeter, profile wall thickness, the distance from the extrusion center and die land length on metal flow velocity were analyzed. The impact factors of various parameters were obtained. The mathematical model of velocity calculation and work-belt length design were derived. Aluminum profile extrusion flat die was designed according to the mathematical model.
