Al-5Ti-1B细化剂对2024铝合金铸态显微组织的影响

摘要 研究了Al-5Ti-1B细化剂对2024铝合金铸态显微组织的影响。结果表明:添加微量的Al-5Ti-1B细化剂,可使2024铝合金的铸态显微组织从粗大的枝晶细化为细小均匀的等轴晶。随着Al-5Ti-1B细化剂添加量的逐渐增加,2024铝合金的晶粒进一步细化。并且Al-5Ti-1B细化剂对2024铝合金的晶粒细化作用具有响应时间短、持续时间长的特点。 The effect of Al-5Ti-1B refiner on microstructure of as-cast 2024 aluminum alloy was studied. Results show that the microstructure of as-cast 2024 aluminum alloy can be refined from coarse dendrite to fine and uniform equiaxed grains with adding trace Al-5Ti-1B refiner. With increasing the addition amount of Al-5Ti-1B refiner, the grains of as-cast 2024 aluminum alloy is further refined. When the addition amount of Al-5Ti-1B refiner is 0.3%, the microstructure of as-cast 2024 aluminum alloy is refined to fine and uniform equiaxed grains with a average diameter of 39.6 μm. The grain refining effect of Al-5Ti-1B refiner on 2024 aluminum alloy have the characteristics of short response time and long duration time.
