摘要
文章依据龙脊梯田景区自身特点构建了旅游满意度测评模型,并对景区的游客进行了抽样调查,取得旅游满意度的数据。通过均值分析比较龙脊梯田景区旅游各分项满意度的高低,发现景观特色满意度与居民态度满意度较高,而娱乐活动满意度与旅游购物满意度较低;利用多元回归分析了各分满意度对总体满意的贡献,发现民族特色满意度对景区旅游总体满意贡献最大,而旅游购物满意度贡献最小。最后在研究结论的基础上,提出了一些提高景区旅游满意度的建议。
This paper constructs the satisfaction measurement model of Longji terrace scenic tourist by its own characteristics, and make sample survey for the tourists in the scenic spot, obtained the tourist satisfaction data. Through the mean analysis,I compared each item satisfaction of Longji scenic spot, and fing the resident attitude satisfaction and the landscape feature satisfaction are more higher, the entertainment satisfaction and tourism shopping satisfaction are more lower; Analysis each satisfaction's contribution to the overall satisfaction by using multiple regression, I found the national feature satisfaction's contribution is the Maximum, and the entertainment satisfaction's contribution is the minimum. Finally, on the basis of the conclusion, I put some suggestions to improve the tourist satisfaction for Longji scenic spot.
