摘要
目前的BIM应用存在计算能力不足,应用范围有限和应用成本较高等问题,而基于云技术的BIM应用具有高效、成本较低和便于协同等优点。首先分析基于云BIM的基本构架与应用优势,然后分析基于云BIM的应用现状和现阶段应用的局限性,最后提出发展趋势:统一数据格式、全生命期应用、实现集成交付和企业知识管理,进一步提升和扩展基于云的BIM应用。
Problems such as lack of computing power, limited applications, high cost of application and so on exists in the application model of BIM at present. While the BIM applications based on the cloud computing have the potential advantages of efficiency, inexpensiveness and collaboration. First, the paper analyzes the basic structure and application advantage of cloud BIM, then analyzes the application status and application limitations of cloud BIM, and puts forward the development trend of cloud BIM application, including the uniform data format, full life-cycle application, IPD and knowledge management.
