摘要
基于某矿8101大采高工作面生产地质条件下存在的液压支架倾倒、下滑失稳情况,建立了大采高液压支架的力学模型,分析了影响大采高支架稳定性的因素。当煤层倾角大于11.3°时应采取防滑措施,当煤层倾角大于20.03°时应采取防倒措施。提出了安装防滑千斤顶、带压移架、优化移架顺序(成组移架,组间由下而上,组内由上而下)、提高工作面推进速度等措施,并应用于实践,有效控制了支架的下滑、倾倒,保证了工作面的安全高效回采。
Aiming at the two-leg hydraulic roof support being off balance on the 8101 workface with large mining-height,a mechanical model was established specially for analyzing the factors influencing the stability of hydraulic support under such circumstances. It was found that as the coal seam with a dip angle greater than 11. 3°,anti-slip measures should be taken,while some anti-topping measures should be taken as dip angle greater than 20. 03°. The proposed measures include installing slipping-free lifting jack,sliding advance of support with overburden pressure,as well as optimizing advancing movement sequence and increasing advancing speed. The practical application showed an efficient control of toppling and sliding,which guaranteed the retreat mining safely and efficiently.
