摘要
针对采用传统浮选工艺选别低品位黑白钨矿能耗较高、且经济效益不理想的问题,提出了重-浮联合选矿新工艺,即利用跳汰机预先抛除59.68%的废石,再通过常温粗选-加温精选浮选,获得了品位65.48%的钨精矿产品,回收率达82.78%,试验指标较理想。
In view of the undesirable profitability due to comparatively high energy consumption in the conventional flotation processes for recovering lean wolframite and scheelite minerals,a new flowsheet of gravity concentration combined with flotation process was proposed,in which gangue weighed 59. 68% of the feed was disposed with jig before the jig underflow was subjected to the flotation process consisting of a roughing at room temperature and a heating cleaning. As a result,a tungsten concentrate approaching 65. 48% WO3 grade at 82. 78% recovery can be obtained.
