摘要
采用微波加热方式,测定了锰铁原料的升温曲线,包括各单一原料和混合料的升温曲线,结果表明在微波中单一原料和混合料均能在短时间内快速升温,说明采用微波加热铁合金原料可行。单一原料的升温速率主要受原料的介电常数影响,升温速率与介电常数呈正比。混合物料的升温速率与微波功率、物料质量、辐射面积有一定关系:原料一定时,适当提高微波加热功率,增大微波辐射面积均有利于提高物料的升温速率;微波功率一定时,并不是质量越小升温速率就越快,而是当功率与质量相匹配时才获得最佳的升温速率。通过微波加热机理得出升温速率方程满足线性关系,与实验结果一致。
By microwave heating,the temperature rise curves of ferromanganese materials,including single raw material and the mixture,are determined. The results show that both of the single raw material and the mixture can be heated up by microwave in a short time,indicating the feasibility of heating ferroalloy raw materials by microwave. The heating rate of single material is mainly affected by the dielectric constant,showing a directly proportional relationship. While the heating rate of the mixed material has something with the microwave power,material weight and radiation area. With a fixed weight of raw materials,increasing the microwave power and enlarging the microwave radiation area is propitious to raising the heating rate. At a certain microwave power,lighter weight can not bring higher heating rate. The best heating rate can be achieved only when the power matches the weight. That the heating rate equation obtained by microwave heating mechanism represents a linear relationship is consistent with the experimental results.
