摘要
采用失重法、扫描电镜和能谱分析及电化学测试研究了2507双相不锈钢在4种Cl-含量冷却水模拟溶液中浸泡60d后的腐蚀行为。结果表明:2507双相不锈钢的腐蚀程度均属于轻度腐蚀,平均腐蚀速率随着Cl-浓度增加先升后降,Cl-的质量分数约在237mg/L时平均腐蚀速率达到最大。但随着Cl-浓度增加孕育点蚀的灰斑数量先升后降再升,Cl-的质量分数在237mg/L时灰斑数量最少。均未出现点蚀坑,点蚀电位高达约1.2V。
The corrosion behavior of 2507 duplex stainless steel in the cooling water of different C1-content was in- vestigated using electrochemical measurement, weight loss, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy disper- sive spectrum (EDS). The results showed that 2507 duplex SS happened slight corrosion, and have shown a good passivation properties and corrosion resistance in cooling water system under the action of the different content of CI- . With the increase of C1- content, corrosion rate was the first increase and then decrease, but the number tendency of corrosion spot was increase-decrease-increase. When the content was 237 mg/L, the corrosion rate reached maximum, but the number of corrosion spot was minimum. 2507 duplex SS didn't happen pitting corrosion pit after corro- sion for 60 days in the cooling water of different C1- content. The pitting potential (Epit,) reached 1.2 V.
