Extraction Process Optimization of Gengnian Anshu Granules by Orthogonal Design

摘要 目的:优选更年安舒颗粒的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计法,以松果菊苷及特女贞苷含量为指标综合评价,考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数对提取工艺的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为加水煎煮2次,每次2 h,每次加8倍量的水。结论:优选的工艺合理可行、重复性良好、提取效率高,适合于工业化生产。 Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of Gengnian Anshu granules. Methods: With the contents of echinacoside and specnuezhenide as the indices, the orthogonal test was adopted to comprehensively evaluate and investigate the influence of the adding water amount, extraction duration and extraction times on the extraction technology. Results: The optimum extraction process was as follows : extracting twice with 8-fold amount of water with 2 h for each time. Conclusion: The optimized extraction technology is effective, reasonable and feasible with high efficiency, which is suitable for the industrial production.
