摘要
文章通过对邵阳县油茶产业发展现状进行实地调查,了解发展中存在:发展观念和管理理念落后、生产效益水平不高、缺乏雄厚资金支撑以及加工工业水平低下等问题,并分析原因,提出做好科学规划,加快林地流转速度和改造工程,促进优良品种的普及推广工作,寻找多渠道资金支持等建议。
After field survey into current developing status of camellia oleifera industry in Shaoyang County,what was found existing in development was that ：development concept and management concept was lag backward, production efficiency level was not high, rich financial support was insufficient,the level of processing industry was low and otherwise,, and the reasons were analyzed in this paper.Finally the paper put forward suggestions including doing well in scientific planning, accelerating the speed of forest land circulation and renovation project, promoting the popularization of improved varieties, looking for multi-channel financial support and so on.
