摘要
为解决厌氧池污泥沉积严重、氧化沟充氧不足、脱氮效率低等问题,合川污水处理厂分别对厌氧池结构、氧化沟内曝气系统进行了改造,增加了厌氧池搅拌系统和氧化沟内回系统。工程实践表明,改造后出水COD、NH3-N、TN、TP均值分别是24、1.63、14.7、0.52 mg/L,有效提高了系统的硝化、反硝化及生物除磷效果;处理每千方污水除磷剂投加量节约2.5 kg和电能消耗节约12 k Wh。
To solve some problems that exit in Hechuan sewage treatment plant, such as the serious sludge deposit in anaerobictank, adequate oxygenation of Orbaloxidationditch and low efficiency of nitrogen removal, a series of technical reform is carried out, including the modification of anaerobictank's structure and aerationsystem within oxidationditch. It has been found by engineeringpractice that, afier the technical reform, the average effluent COD, NH3-N, TN, TP are 24 mg/L, 1.63 mg/L, 14.7 mg/L, 0.52 mg/U The effect of nitrification, denitrification and biological removal phosphorus is obviously improved, and this will save 2.5 kg phosphate removing agent dosage and 12 kWh powerconsumption per thousand square sewage.
