摘要
研究开发了6种锦纶/丙纶交织粘扣带,结果显示:强度较优的锦纶/丙纶交织粘扣带组织结构方案为粘扣带纬向钩排列密度为1钩∶5经纱,粘扣带经向钩排列密度为1钩∶3纬纱,此时,粘扣带强度达到国标加强型强度标准;当粘扣带纬向钩排列密度不变时,粘扣带经向钩排列密度的变化对粘扣带钩挂率的影响较小。
Six different structures of nylon and polypropylene interwoven hook and loop fasteners were researched, through testing and analysis, the research results showed that a better structure of the nylon and polypropylene interwoven hook and loop fastener was that zonal hook density was 1 hook to 5 warp, warp hook density was 1 hook to 3 weft, and the strength of hook and loop fastener reached GB enhanced strength standard. And the hook and loop fastener warp hook density＇s change had less effect on hooking percentage when the hook and loop fastener＇s zonal hook density was constant.
