摘要
生源是高职院校人才培养的基础,生源质量是人才培养质量保障的基础环节。录取计划满足率、录取生源优质率、首次投档满足率、零投档地区比率等4个测量指标可较为全面地反映高职生源质量。通过调查分析2014年度全国152所各类型高职院校的招生录取情况,发现高职院校招生录取情况总体良好,录取计划满足率达101.91%,省外零投档地区比率仅为4.03%;不同类型高职院校之间招生录取情况差异显著;东中西部地区高职院校招生录取情况存在一定差异,东部吸引力最强。基于学生视角的生源质量影响因素调查显示,按照重要性排序分别为"就业优势""专业爱好""学校品牌""技能培养""地理位置"和"他人推荐"。
The quality of the students＇ resource has close links with the education quality and the development of the higher vocational colleges. The degree to fulfill the enrollment plan, the rate of higher quality enrollment, the rate of enrollment based on the first selection of candidates, and the rate of the number of provinces with zero candidate could be addressed as the indicators to fully reflect the enrollment quality of Higher Vocational College. Based on the enrollment data of the 152 higher vocational colleges throughout 26 provinces in China, the results show that the enrollment quality in higher vocational colleges is generally good, the degree to fulfill the enrollment plan is 101.91%, the rate of the number of provinces with zero candidate outside the province is 4.03%; the difference is significant among the different types of vocational colleges; there are some differences among the higher vocational colleges located in East region, Central region, and western region, and the eastern region is most attractive. From the perspective of students, based on the survey results, the influencing factors of enrollment quality in accordance with the importance are employment competitiveness, interest to specialties, college brand, skill training, location, and recommendation of others.
