摘要
油气管道投产技术对于保障管道安全高效运行非常重要。针对我国目前缺少专门油气管道投产的技术标准,提出了借鉴国外标准先进理念改进国内标准的思路。系统梳理了ISO、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、英国和俄罗斯等发达国家的综合性油气管道技术标准,分别从油气管道试压、清管和投产试运等方面,阐述了国外油气管道投产技术标准的先进理念和推荐做法,主要表现在高强度水压试验,零度以下试压技术,油气管道投产延迟条件下重复试压准则,多次清管确保清管质量,根据油气管道输送能力确定清管周期,监控设备功能性试验,油气管道投产延迟条件下惰性介质充填和阴极保护系统维护,基于紧急工况和参数超标确定离心泵停输操作等。最后针对国外标准,为提高我国油气管道投产技术标准水平提出了建议。
Pipeline Production System is an information system platform which is built by China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC) to support production and operation management of long-distance oil and gas pipeline. This system provides information service for long distance, large diameter and high pressure pipeline transportation system by servers located at CNPC data center. This paper analyzes the information requirement of unified control for long distance pipeline network. Then it elaborates solution and application of pipeline transportation data model, high-powered workflow engine, high-efficiency auto control data interface and calculation. Through construction and application of 8 years, Pipeline Production System meets the information requirement of pipeline network control and achieves the information support for long distance pipeline unified control.
