摘要
鄯善—兰州原油管道冬季运行采用首站一站式加热方式,消耗大量的原油和天然气,不仅造成环境污染,还加大了管道的运行成本。因此,为保障管道冬季安全平稳运行,实现节能降耗的目标,对所输送油品——吐哈油田原油、塔里木油田原油、哈萨克斯坦原油、北疆原油进行了掺混试验。分析了管道输送各种油品的物性及管道沿线油温、地温数据,通过室内试验、管道外输试验,以及停输再启动试验,探讨了鄯善—兰州原油管道冬季常温输送的可行性。
Heating method of Shanshan-Lanzhou crude oil pipeline is initial station heating. This heating method cause lots of oil and gas consumption, environmental pollution and increase the pipeline operating cost. Therefore, to ensure safe and stable operation of pipeline in winter and achieve the goal of energy saving, the mixing test is done for the crude oil which includes crude oil in Tuha Oilfield, crude oil in Tarim Oilfield, crude oil in Kazakhstan and crude oil in North Xinjiang. This paper analyzes the physical property of crude oil which is transported from the pipeline, oil temperature along the pipeline, ground temperature. Through laboratory test, pipeline transportation test, shutdown and restart-up test, this discusses the feasibility study on transporting crude oil from Shanshan-Lanzhou crude oil pipeline at the ordinary temperature in winter has been discussed.
