摘要
[目的]探讨影响护理本科生科研能力的非智力因素,为提高护理本科生的科研能力提供依据。[方法]采用护理人员科研能力自评量表、创新自我效能量表、科研动机量表、自我控制量表和自制的一般资料量表对湖北省某高校大学三年级护理本科129名护生进行调查。[结果]护理本科生科研能力总分为(62.16±18.95)分。Spearman相关分析,显示创新自我效能4个维度(敏感性、灵活性、独创性、流质性)、内在动机、外在动机、抵御诱惑、冲动控制、健康习惯对本科护生的科研能力有影响。[结论]护理本科生的科研能力有待进一步提升,教育者应结合其非智力影响因素制定相应的干预措施来提高护理本科生科研能力。
Objective:To probe into the nonintellectual factors that influenced the scientific research ability of nursing undergraduates,in order to provide a basis for improving the scientific research ability of nursing undergraduates.Methods:A total of 129 nursing undergraduates in grade three in a university in Hubei province received the survey by using the self rating scale of nursing personnel's scientific research ability,creative self-efficacy scale,research motivation scale,self control scale and self-made general information questionnaire.Results:The total score of scientific research ability of nursing undergraduates was(62.16±18.95).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the influencing factors of scientific research ability of nursing undergraduates included the 4dimensions of creative self-efficacy(sensitivity,flexibility,originality,liquid),intrinsic motivation,extrinsic motivation,resisting the temptation,impulse control and healthy habits.Conclusion:The scientific research ability of nursing undergraduates needs to be further improved,the educators should combine with the nonintellectual factors to make corresponding interventions,so as to enhance the scientific research ability of nursing undergraduates.
