摘要 组织沉默是一种组织集体现象,是员工对组织潜在问题保留个人观点的一种行为。个体特征、组织与领导和文化是影响组织沉默的三大因素。根据不同的动机,组织沉默形成不同的维度。组织沉默更多的表现在对个体和组织的消极影响上,但员工、管理者与组织可以采取有效的措施来弱化员工沉默行为。
