摘要
电动汽车具备低碳、环保、高效、经济等多重优势,但由于动力电池、技术标准、充换电基础设施等瓶颈,其推广应用困难重重。如何创新商业模式,激活电动汽车消费需求,是实现城市交通低碳转型的重大课题。电动汽车共享系统(EVSS)运用物联网和(移动)互联网技术,通过所有权与使用权的分离,实现电动汽车分时租赁共享;通过构建技术兼容和标准统一的充换电网络,实现基础设施共享;通过数据信息共享与大数据分析处理,实现资源优化配置;最终,通过政府政策支撑共享系统基础设施建设和"路演"为电动汽车进入家庭奠定基础。
The electric vehicle is a good means of transportation in terms of its comparatively low-carbon, environmentally-friendly, more energy efficient and cost-effective features. However, the bottlenecks of batteries, the technical standard and the charging infrastructure still exist, making it tough to promote electric vehicles. Therefore, the primary task—also the topic of this paper—is to explore the way in which business patterns could be innovated and promoted, thereby stimulating consumption of electric vehicles in order to achieve the transition from traditional transportation system to a low-carbon one. This paper mainly emphasizes on three topics about Electric Vehicle Sharing System(EVSS) —characteristics of sharing, the framework in technology and supports from policy. Through the Internet of things and Internet technology, EVSS has achieved the rental sharing of electric vehicles by the hour by separating ownership and the usage rights; EVSS shares infrastructure through its technological compatibility and uniform alternating current networks; EVSS also optimizes resource allocation by sharing information and processing big data; Ultimately, EVSS lays the foundation of family use of electric vehicles with the construction of infrastructure sharing system and Road-show.
