摘要
采用均匀沉淀法制备了4种金属氧化物(Co、Mn、Ni、Zn)修饰的Cu/Si O2催化剂,并用于催化羟基新戊醛(HPA)低压下加氢合成新戊二醇(NPG),在固定床连续反应装置上研究了不同助剂及反应条件对催化剂性能的影响。其中,Co修饰的Cu/Si O2催化剂,在压力0.10~0.62 MPa、反应温度90℃、HPA质量分数11.24%、n(H2)∶n(HPA)=4∶1和液时空速1.4 h-1的条件下,羟基新戊醛转化率大于99.0%,新戊二醇选择性接近100%。利用XRD、BET和TG表征了不同助剂修饰前后催化剂的物化特性。结果表明:经Co修饰后的催化剂并没有改变Cu O的晶相结构,而且阻止了Cu O晶粒生长,同时增强了活性组分和载体之间的相互作用。
The catalytic performance of the catalytic hydrogenation of 3-hydroxy-2,2-dimethylpropanal to neopentyl glycol over Cu / Si O2 catalysts was evaluated in a fixed-bed plug flow reactor. A new type of Cu / Si O2 catalysts modified by four different promoters( Zn,Ni,Mn,and Co) were prepared by homogeneous precipitation method. The results show that the addition of Co promoter to Cu / Si O2 catalysts could promote dispersion of the active component efficiently and stabilize the active center of the catalysts. Evaluation test on activity of the catalysts shows that HPA conversion of greater than99. 0% and selectivity for neopentyl glycol of about 100% could be obtained under 0. 10 ~ 0. 62 MPa pressure,temperature of 90 ℃,mass fraction of HPA at 11. 24%,liquid hourly space velocity of 1. 4h- 1and H2/ HPA molar ratio of 4 to 1. The unmodified catalyst and the newly prepared ones were characterized by means of XRD,BET and TG analysis. XRD characterization shows that Co promoter was favorable for the dispersion of Cu O,and enhanced the interaction between the active component and the carrier. Therefore the catalytic activity of the modified catalysts was obviously higher than the unmodified ones.
