摘要
通过Auto CAD软件,根据实际需要将吊梁图形进行初步设绘,又以Ansys有限元分析软件为工具,建立吊梁的三维有限元模型。通过施加载荷和边界条件,对实际工况下吊梁的受力构件进行了有限元分析,对应力相对集中的区域,提出了局部图纸的完善建议,对吊梁的安全性提供了理论依据。
Drew a preliminary design for lifting beam of a crane through Auto CAD according to actual needs,and then established a three-dimensional finite element model through Ansys software. Given the loads and boundary conditions,stress-bearing components of lifting beam under actual working conditions were analyzed by means of finite element method,and suggestions to improve the drawing in terms of areas with relatively-concentrated stress were proposed. This study provided a theoretical basis for the safety of lifting beam.
