摘要
探讨了高职院校设置兼职教学督导员的必要性,分析了兼职教学督导员的职业素质要求,提出通过强化学习和培训,提升督导人员理论水平;通过完善制度,规范行为,提高督导人员职业素养;通过优化工作环境,改进工作方法,提高督导人员的督导能力。
After discussing the necessity of setting part-time teaching supervisors in higher vocational colleges,analyzing the professional quality requirements for part-time teaching supervisors,this paper puts forward the following three aspects：the first one is to strengthen learning and training to improve the theoretical level of supervisors.The second one is to improve supervisors＇ professional quality through perfecting system,regularizing behavior.And the last one is to optimize the working environment and improve working methods,so that supervisors＇ ability could be improved.
