糖负荷联合皮下注射胰岛素法在双核素心肌代谢显像血糖调控中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]比较葡萄糖负荷法(普通法)和糖负荷联合皮下注射胰岛素法(联合法)对冠心病病人行18 F-FDG/99 Tcm-MIBI双核素心肌代谢显像(DISA)后图像质量的影响,探讨DISA显像期间的护理流程。[方法]55例临床确诊为冠心病病人,均行DISA显像,采用半定量方法评价图像质量。将采用普通法和联合法调控血糖的病人分别设为常规组和联合组,比较两组图像质量评分差异;依照是否执行心理护理将合并糖尿病病人设为普通护理组和心理护理组,比较不良反应发生情况。[结果]普通组和联合组图像得分分别为2.22分±0.87分和2.72分±0.52分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=-2.42,P=0.021),且联合组图像质量好于普通组(Z=-2.43,P=0.015);心理护理组的不良反应率低于对照组。[结论]联合法调控血糖可改善图像质量,规范的护理流程在DISA显像的应用中具有重要价值。
