摘要
目的评价东莞市医用X射线工作者的放射损伤状况,探讨医用X射线对工作者外周血淋巴细胞微核率的影响。方法选取684名医用X射线工作者为放射组,782名健康成人为对照组,按微量全血细胞培养法进行培养并按微核的标准阅片,工作者的职业外照射剂量用热释光剂量计测得。结果放射组的工作者的微核率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=4.095,P=0.000);职业外照射5年累积剂量当量与微核率呈正相关(r=0.244,P=0.00);不同工龄、不同性别工作者微核率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论东莞市医用X射线照射对医用X射线工作者的微核率有较大影响,说明医用X射线工作者的遗传物质受到了不同程度的损伤,应加强对X射线工作人员的防护工作,以保障他们的健康安全。
[Objective]To evaluate radiation injury situation of medical X-ray workers in Dongguan City, explore the influence of medical X-ray on peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus rate of exposure workers.[Methods]684 medical X-ray workers were enrolled into the radiation group and 782 healthy adults were recruited in the control group. The whole blood cell culture method was adopted, and the results were analyzed according to the micronucleus standard. The dose of occupational external radiation was measured by the thermoluminescent dosemeter.[Results]The micronucleus rate of the radiation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(Z =4.095, P =0.000). 5-year cumulative dose equivalent of occupational external radiation was positively correlated with the micronucleus rate(r=0.244, P=0.00). There were no statistically significant differences in the micronucleus rate among different working age groups, as well as gender groups(P 〉 0.05).[Conclusion]The medical X-ray radiation has a greater impact on the micronucleus rate of medical X-ray workers in Dongguan City, which indicates that the genetic material of the medical X-ray workers has been damaged at different degrees. It is necessary to strengthen the protection among X-ray exposure workers to ensure their safety.
