摘要
笔者以岷山红三叶为试验材料,研究了不同施肥处理对不同生育时期红三叶中苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性的影响,以确定最佳氮、磷肥施用量。研究结果表明,不同施肥处理对PAL活性的影响极其显著,最佳氮肥施用量为A3 100 kg N/hm^2,最佳磷肥施用量为B3240 kg P_2O_5/hm^2。
The red clover as experimental material, effects of different fertilization treatments on red clover at different growth stages of phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) activity, in order to determine the optimal nitrogen, phosphate fertilizer. The results show that, the effects of different fertilization treatments on the activity of PAL was extremely significant, the optimum nitrogen application amount was A3 100 kg N/hm^2, the best phosphate fertilizer is B3 240 kg P2O5/hm^2.
