摘要
分析太赫兹合成孔径雷达(THz SAR)在高分辨成像领域的优势,针对THz波段天线波束窄、常规SAR成像方法成像场景窄的缺点,提出一种同时实现宽幅和高分辨的THz SAR成像方法。首先对载频220GHz的THz SAR系统指标进行分析,接着着重研究一种改进的距离-多普勒算法,最后采用该算法对1km×1km的宽幅场景进行Matlab仿真,在机载环境下实现0.1m×0.1m的高分辨率成像,验证了成像方法的可行性。
The strengths of terahertz Synthetic Aperture Radar (THz SAR) in the field of high resolution imaging are analyzed. However, THz SAR has the weaknesses of small beam width and narrow imaging scene with the typical SAR imaging method. A THz SAR imaging method to implement both wide range and high resolution is proposed in this paper. Firstly the parameters of a terahertz SAR imaging system with the carrier frequency of 220GHz are analyzed. For a wide scene of lkm x lkm, an improved Range-Doppler algorithm is proposed. The imaging simulation is carried out to verify the feasibility of the proposed imaging method and a high resolution image with the resolution of 0.1 m x 0.1 m is achieved in the airborne environment.
