摘要
近年来,高等教育越来越受到国家和社会的重视。在经历了规模快速扩大、人数快速增长之后,遵照国家对于高等教育发展的要求,高校必须将工作的重点和中心放到提高教学质量和管理水平上来。为了促进高校教学质量和管理水平的提高,教育部在2007年先后出台了两个专门的相关文件,文件内容围绕着提高高校教学质量和管理水平这两个核心内容,指示高校的管理工作必须要以教学为中心,通过各种手段来提高高校的管理水平,为国家和社会培养合格的社会主义建设者。本文响应教育部的号召,深入研究提高高校教学质量和管理水平的策略和方法,以供参考。
In recent years, more and more countries, higher education and social attention. Has experienced a rapid expansion in the number of rapid growth after the requirements for higher education in accordance with national development, the university must be the central focus of the work and on enhancing the quality of teaching and management level up. In order to promote the improvement of teaching quality and management level, the Ministry of Education in 2007, has come out with two specially relevant content of the file around to improve the quality of teaching and management level of university two core content, indicating that management at universities must teaching center, through a variety of means to improve the management of colleges and universities, the state and society to cultivate qualified builders of socialism. In this paper, the Ministry of Education in response to the call, in-depth study to improve the quality of teaching and management level of university policies and methods for reference.
