摘要
在现实生产中,生产调度和设备维护具有相互影响的关系,应将两者统筹优化。在理论研究中,柔性车间调度和设备维修决策的联合优化问题尚鲜有研究。为解决这一问题,以车间调度理论和预防性维护理论为基础,建立了柔性车间调度和设备维护的联合优化模型。同时依据问题的特性,设计了求解上述模型的双层编码遗传算法方案。最后通过实例进行仿真,得出了满足总完工时间最小条件下的最优生产和维修方案。通过与独立决策结果对比,证明了联合优化模型和算法的有效性。
During the process of actual production,there is interaction relationship between production scheduling and equipment maintenance. The two factors should be taken into account in combination and optimized as a whole. In the theoretical study,few of them areaimed atthe flexible job-shop problem. In order to solve this problem,based on the concept of flexible job-shop and preventive maintenance, a joint optimization model integrating production scheduling and maintenance planningis established. In addition a double-coded genetic algorithm is designed according to the characteristic of the problem. Finally,the optimal production and maintenance plan under the condition of minimal total completion time is obtained through a simulation experiment. The validity of the model and the algorithm are verifiedthrough a comparison with conventional independent decision model.
