摘要
分析了低温精馏法进行空气分离制取氧气和氮气的能耗问题,并提出了在实际操作中应如何节能。通过分析得出空气分离过程中有近75%的能耗损失在精馏的过程中,而精馏过程中的能量损失主要是由于热力学不可逆性造成的,同时总结了存在能量损失的其它方面。对于如何节能的问题提出了自己的一些建议和设想。
Energy consumption problem of separating oxygen and nitrogen from air with cryogenic distillation method was analyzed, and how to save energy in practice was discussed. The results show that 75% of the energy consumption is in the process of distillation, which is due to the thermodynamic irreversibility. At last, other aspects of energy loss were summarized, and some proposals on how to save energy were put forward.
