摘要
通过对现用波形弹簧进行反设计分析和刚度计算,采取改变材料,选用三波形,改变单件厚度等技术措施,并进行了系列考核验证,提高了波形弹簧工作的可靠性。
Anti-design and stiffness calculation are carried out for wave spring.The operation reliability of wave spring are improved by taking a series of measurement:such as changing the material and thickness of the spring,choosing three wave form.Then a series of performance test are validated.
