摘要
帕金森病作为一种神经系统退行性疾病,在中老年人中的发病率居高不下,给家庭和社会带来沉重的负担。中医药在帕金森疾病的临床治疗中发挥了积极的作用,故笔者对近十多年来中药白芍在防治帕金森病的实验研究以及临床应用进行了系统综述,并在此基础上进行总结与展望。以期为白芍在今后帕金森领域的研究和应用提供参考,并为开发新药提供坚实的依据。
Parkinson＆#39;s disease （ PD） , a kind of nervous system degenerative diseases, brings heavy burden to family and society with a high rate among the elderly.Traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical treatment of PD plays a positive role, so the author has carried on the systematic review about Radix Paeoniae Alba for the prevention and treatment of PD in the experimental study and clinical application in the recent more than ten years, and has made a summary and prospect according to the full text argument.The paper provides a significant reference and a solid basis for the applica-tion and development of Radix Paeoniae Alba for the treatment of PD in the future.
