摘要
为了解中国科研人员参加学术会议的现状及特点,利用CSSE领域在2000-2009年的会议论文数据开展研究。结果发现,10年间中国科研人员参会规模明显扩大,但参会国际化程度较低,约2/3的会议论文发表在国内举办的学术会议上;发表的论文整体质量有待提高,在论文信息量、论文影响力等方面明显低于其它主要国家。在特点分析的基础上,进一步剖析原因并提出对策建议。
This paper makes a discussion on characteristics of conference attending in China, on the basis of conference pa pers in Computer Science Software Engineering field between 2000 and 2009. The results showed that., firstly, the number of conference attending in China has a dramatic growth between 2000 and 2009. Secondly, the internationalization degree of conference attending is relative lower, since almost two-thirds of conference papers from China are submitted to scientific conferences hosted in China. Thirdly, the quality of conference papers from China is obviously lower than that of other major countries. Furthermore, the management countermeasures for conference attending have been proposed.
