摘要
农民用水者协会是小型农田水利设施建管护的主要组织载体,对打通农田水利设施"最后一公里"具有重要作用。农户参与的积极性对农民用水者协会的发展及其功效的发挥具有重要影响。本文基于山东省38个乡镇243个农户的问卷调查,厘清了影响农户参与农民用水者协会的主要因素。研究结果表明:农户参与用水者协会的行为主要受农户个人特征、农户家庭农业生产状况、用水者协会自身发展状况以及地方政府支持等因素的影响。
The water user association is the main organization carrier of small water conservancy facilities construction and protection and plays an important role in the open water conservancy facilities ' last mile'.Enthusiasm of farmers' participation has an important influence in the development effect of water user associations. Based on the questionnaires of 38 villages and towns and 243 rural households in Shandong province,this paper clarifies the main factors influencing the farmers' participation in the water user associations. The results show that: the farmers' participation of water user association behavior is mainly affected by the farmers' individual characteristics,farmers' agricultural production status,water user association status and influence factors in the development of the local government support.
