摘要
建立了行星齿轮增速器高速内齿圈的Solid Works模型,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对增速器中高速内齿圈模型进行模态分析,得出固有频率和振型。由计算结果看出,该模型在传动中会产生共振。通过改进设计,再次分析,找出能避免共振且满足要求的设计,并进行试验验证。
The SolidWorks model of high speed inner gear ring in planetary gear speeder is established, by using the ANSYS Workbench software, the modal analysis of the high speed inner gear ring is carried out, the natural frequency and vibration model are obtained. By the calculation results show that the model can pro- duce resonance in the process of transmission. By improving the design and analysis again, the design can avoid resonance and meet the requirement is found out, the experiments to verify the reasonability of calculation re- suits is carried out.
