摘要
利用多体动力学软件SIMPACK对国内某型城市轨道交通车辆进行整体建模,分析车辆以不同速度过弯道时的脱轨系数、轮重减载率和倾覆系数等3个安全性指标。仿真结果表明,随着运行速度的增大,3个安全性指标均相应增大且过弯道时变化更加明显。通过在车体安装加速度传感器获取车辆实际运行过程中垂向和横向振动响应,运用Sperling指标对车辆平稳性进行评定,得出该型城市轨道交通车辆垂向和横向平稳性等级均为优。
With the use of multi-body dynamics software SIMPACK, an overall modeling of the new-type urban rail vehicle is made to analyze three security indicators., vehicle derailment coefficient under different curve speeds; wheel weight ratio of load and overturning coefficient. The simu- lation results show that three security indicators all in- creased correspondingly with the increase of speed, and es- pecially in curve sections. The vertical and horizontal vi- bration responses in the process of actual operation are ob- tained by the acceleration transducer installed on vehicle body. The vertical and horizontal stability levels of the new-type urban rail vehicle are evaluated as excellent by u- sing the index of Sperling software.
