摘要
园本课程开发是幼儿园管理者、教师、课程专家、幼儿、家长、社会人士等多主体共同参与,幼儿园内外物质与非物质资源综合利用的专业活动过程,其成果的形成需要多方面的支持条件。明确的办园目标、科学的顶层设计、园长的课程领导力、健全的管理机制、丰富的课程资源和专业的师资队伍缺一不可。
Kindergarten- oriented curriculum development is a professional process in which kindergarten administrators,instructors,curriculum specialists,children,parents and the community etc. all participate in and in which material and non- material resources in and outside of the kindergarten are comprehensively utilized. Its outcomes require manifold supportive conditions of which clear school goals,scientific top design,strong leadership from principal of the kindergarten,a sound administrative mechanism,abundant curriculum resources,professional teaching staff are a part.
