摘要
介绍了利用^(252)Cf源中子活化分析人体血液样品中Na元素浓度的分析方法。该方法将人体血液样品放入自制的照射桶中,Na元素经^(252)Cf源中子活化后产生放射性的^(24)Na,用γ谱议测量^(24)Na的比活度,求得人体血液样品中Na元素浓度。对6个样品的Na元素浓度进行测量,其均值较报道的均值1.81 mg/mL的偏差仅为2.9%。该方法的探测下限为0.216mg/mL,测量结果的不确定度为0.3210.403 mg/mL。
This article introduces the method of using a ^252Cf neutron source to activate and analyze the concentration of Na in human blood samples. The blood samples are first put into irradiation tubes made by ourselves and then Na is turned into radioactive ^24Na after being activated by the ^252Cf neutron source. The specific activity of the ^24Na is measured by γspectrometer and the concentration of Na in human blood samples is obtained. All the 6 samples measured, the mean value of the results only has a slight deviation of 2.9% from reported records of 1.81 mg/mL. The? detection limit of the method is 0.216mg/mL and the uncertainty of the measurement is 0.321 -0.403 mg/mL.
